I'm really really busy recently with my work and projects. Going crazy yah?! Pimples can be spotted in just a glance. Damn!!! How can I spend my Chinese New Year (CNY) with 'them' around? Its facial time!!! Anyway, my CNY is kinda burnt. I had to work 6pm - 10:30pm on Eve. Yes, no reunion dinner for me. Not supposed to work that day as it is a school day actually (Every Tuesday i have to go school remember?). However, good deals have been transacted. The half day i work is considered a full PH. Which means, I can take one whole day of PH leave on days after CNY. Besides, I've bargained for myself an off on the first day of CNY. However, work continues on the second day..

No choice.. Its Li Bai.. A chinese restaurant..

Last Sunday was our anniversary. One year already. Time flies. We spent the whole Sunday together, so sweet!!

I'm even sweeter. I made my baobei a card. A card then spent me more than 6 hours in total. It looked simple. But if you look carefully at the wordings, i drew and cut out every piece of that. Both the beige and black words. The hardest part about the words is.. the tiny holes. Those letters (e.g. a, b, d, e, g, etc.) with holes, i have to cut the tiny paper out to paste it. Behind the card there are words too.. Baobei lazy to take photo of it. Bought him 2 pillows for his car as well.. So comfy!!!

Anyway, I woke up early in the morning to have breakfast with my baobei. Baobei drove to my house for Mac breakfast *muacks*. *burp* Then, as a usual routine, we went back to Bedok for a nap. Yes, I mean nap. Out of goodwill, baobei accompanied me to a nearby muslim mosque to take photos. Its for my stupid project. We had to do a project on culture, or whatever you call that. Thanx baobei. After that, we had ice-kacang at 85 to quench our thirst before proceeding to queensway. Baobei looked like a rich man grabbing everything he can. lol. No lah.. He only bought a pair of limited edition reebok sports shoes for $159, and a checked pants similar to mine for $49.90 i think. Then, I forced him to buy me a addidas jacket ($149) that he owed me for a very long time. lol. Its on instalment basis though.. haha!!!

I bought him a tee-shirt also ok!!! Think its ripcurl. Can't remember. But its really nice!!! After our huge shopping spree, we continued at Chinatown. Chinatown is indeed full of history, not only towards Singapore.. towards us as well. Its the place we went on our first date. lol. We went there to have claypot rice last year. We went there with Zhenqi and Fabian on CNY last year as well. Memories gushed through my mind. *sweet*

Too crowded, we went to a little restaurant to have our dinner. Poor baobei spent all his money treating me this dinner. Its a 'la mian guan'. A place for handmade noodles. No 'mee hoon kueh' though. Anyway, these are what we ate :

Fried rice, handmade hokkien noodles, tofu.

After dinner, we went exploring at Chinatown like tourists. Went to this place whereby they wanted to build a temple there. Its such a meaningful place. You may donate money for them to build this temple.

$10 - they will carve your name on one of the bricks of the temple.

$50 - they will carve your name on one of the tiles on top of the temple.

Baobei and I donated $10 each. We're both buddhists. You guys can't blame us for believing in such things..

This is something like bathing for the god. They have 12 of them. Each symbolizes a god, an animal (12 shen siao). Mine's blue in colour (Ox). Initially, baobei and I didn't know that its according to our 'shen siao'. Thus, we queued one of the god anyhow. We bathed for the god together. Results? Its the god of the year - pig!!! *faint* Lucky him, its the god of his year. Baobei said that I'm half pig thats why. -_-"

There's this really huge wishing bell that allows people to throw coins and make a wish. If you hit it, you may make a wish. Dumb him missed it for 2 times. He's a basketballer I thought.. Kids can throw better than him. lol. I'm serious..

Anyway, nothing much le lah.. thats about it. Didn't go out recently due to busy schedule. Haven't even get my CNY clothings.. Damn!!!

Oh yah!!! Show you guys the tee that I got during the tiger cup! Nice cutting man!!! Grabbed 3 home. Don't ask me how, I just grabbed. lol.. *auntie* Intend to wear it at baobei's house..
